This Privacy Policy explains how Hasanoglu Logitrans collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

- Account information: name, phone number, email (if provided), user ID.
- Shipment / job data: assigned loads, status updates, timestamps.
- Location data: while in use and in the background during an active trip/shift (if enabled).
- Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Usage data: performance metrics to improve reliability and security.
2. Background Location
Background location is used for real-time shipment tracking, ETA calculations, route progress, safety and fraud prevention during an active trip/shift.
Background location is not used for advertising. You can stop tracking using app controls (Stop trip/End shift) or by disabling location permissions.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate app features (tracking, status updates, notifications).
- Improve performance and fix issues.
- Ensure security and prevent misuse.
4. Sharing
We share data only with authorized platform users (dispatchers/load owners), service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
We use reasonable security measures, but no method is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for operations, dispute resolution, and security. Some data may be kept if required by law.

- Control location permissions in device settings.
- Turn off background tracking using app controls.
